To access help documents, you will continue to find them within SchoolCity SUITE application by clicking the “?”Help icon in the top-right corner of the Navigation Bar to open the Help Library.
How to setup your new ZD account
If you are used to logging into Zendesk to view/submit your tickets, you will need to create a new account (directions included below). Once logged in, you will still have full access to all of your previously submitted tickets.
- Go to support.illuminateed.com
- Click Sign In found in the upper right hand side of the screen
- Select New to Illuminate Education? Sign up and follow the steps. If you have sent us an email previously, select Get a password and follow the steps
